Pure by Adobha is operated by Adobha Agro Pvt Ltd. This policy explains the information used by this storefront, its quotation-request process, and Coco, our AI shopping assistant.
1. Your bag and delivery details
Your bag is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can remain available on future visits. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it. Delivery form details—name, mobile number, email, street address, city, state and PIN—are held in this browser tab’s memory until it is reloaded or closed.
Pressing “Request quotation” sends your selected products and delivery details to our server. We keep the request and its reference in a protected order database to prepare a quotation, confirm stock and shipping, and handle your order. Where connected, these details are sent to our Zoho Books account to create a customer record and draft quotation. Our team uses the details to contact you, verify payment, arrange delivery, issue invoices and handle support or refunds.
2. Payments
UPI links pass the payee, amount and payment note to your UPI application. Payments are handled by your UPI provider and bank. We do not ask for or collect your UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password. Our team may request a transaction reference to match a payment to an order.
3. Coco, our AI shopping assistant
When you ask Coco a question, the question and up to six previous chat messages are sent through our server to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate an answer. Chat history is held in tab memory; the storefront does not maintain a chat-history database. Delivery-form fields are not automatically included in AI requests. Do not type personal, health, financial or payment information into chat. Information you type into chat is processed by the AI provider under its own policies.
4. Hosting and external services
Hosting, security and authentication services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs. The public store is hosted on HostGator. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. This storefront does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics tracker.
5. Use, sharing and retention
We use order and support information to fulfil requests, communicate with you, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Necessary delivery details may be shared with couriers, and transaction details with payment providers. We do not sell personal information. Business correspondence and transaction records are retained for their operational and legal purposes; third-party services apply their own retention practices. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear local storage, close the tab to discard unsent form and chat details, and choose not to use Coco. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Our store is intended for adults; a parent or guardian should contact us about information submitted by a child.
